I always thought my endorphins were broken…
People would talk about getting them from running, but I ran and ran and they never materialized…
I gave up running because I never really liked it anyways…
Then, I came across a way to get instant endorphins…
I added an affirmation or a mantra to my work out...
So while I’m exercising I will repeat a mantra, or several…
Something like…This is my time and I’m ready for success! It works right away for me.

Keep getting up, keep showing up, just don’t give up…
3. Have a daily dose of your Soul Soothers, things that make your heart and soul happy…
Mine are things like soft blankets, lighting candles, snuggling my dogs and getting a hug…
4. Be nice to you! You’ve worked so hard!
