One of our Everyday Practices for Weight Wellness is Be Gentle with Yourself. This sounds simple, but if you don’t take actually steps to do this, it can easily be pushed aside in our fast paced world. Here are the steps:
We know it is part of the process… Treat yourself as you would the child… 2. Build your own soft place to fall…Inside of you, by following your inner light and trusting in the unconditional love … Keep getting up, keep showing up, just don’t give up… 3. Have a daily dose of your Soul Soothers, things that make your heart and soul happy… Mine are things like soft blankets, lighting candles, snuggling my dogs and getting a hug… 4. Be nice to you!
