These creamy BLT wraps satisfied my bacon craving. I love the saltiness with the tomatoes and creamy cheese. The crunch of the Romaine lettuce is the perfect canvas.
Total Time: 10 minutes
1-3 slices Applegate Turkey Bacon
1 tomato chopped
2 Romaine lettuce leaves
1-2 tablespoons Miracle Whip Light OR 1 Light Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese triangle
Yield: 1 serving
WW SP = Weight Watchers Smart Point
+1 WW SP for 3 Slices Applegate Turkey Bacon
1 or 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip Light both = 1 WW SP
1 1 Light Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese triangle = 1 WW SP

½ cup Greek yogurt “cream cheese” recipe below
2 tbsp PB2
2 packets monkfruit and stevia sweetener (choose your own sweetener)
Other Worthy Ideas
Sprinkle mini-chocolate chips, but it would add points.
Use as frosting for sugar free, banana avocado brownies.
