The circle recalls the tribal energy of the past where women worked more closely together. Today many of us go it alone.
Even though our lives are very full, we may be missing the essential ingredient of love, friendship and feminine energy.
This Soul Circle ritual can renew our energy and us.
Psychologists have proven that endorphins are released when we talk about ourselves.
In the circle, we are reminded we aren’t alone.
There is power in the group, the results are powerful.
