Your energy is what matters…
The physical body is connected to the spirit through energy that flows… Whatever we are aligned with is what shows up for us… We get to choose our energy… We can project the energy we choose by assuming the feeling of it… The feeling of already being there at the point you desire… For example, assuming the feeling of your healthy, ideal weight..
