Start with plain, fat-free, Greek yogurt, make as much cream cheese as you like.
Line a small colander or fine mesh strainer with a coffee filter or several layers of cheese cloth or a large square cut from a cotton t-shirt.
Put the Greek yogurt in the liner of colander or strainer. Cover with another coffee filter.
Set the colander inside of a bigger bowl, being sure that the bottom will not touch the whey that will drain from the yogurt.
Let drain in the refrigerator for 12-48 hours. The longer it drains, the thicker it will be.
Since it is made with fat-free Greek yogurt, it is 0 Weight Watchers Smart Points.
