When you change the way you see yourself, you change yourself. That's my take on Wayne Dyer's quote, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
If you can be willing to write a new story for yourself and be willing to change your mind, you can change your life. In the past you may have seen yourself as not capable of doing some of the things your heart desired. You may have thought that it wasn't really possible to be in the healthy weight range and be happy with your physical body. Today you can begin to write a new story. You are beginning to change your mind. You can use this focus mantra to show your willingness. “I am willing to see myself differently.” A beautiful tool here is to write a letter from the point of view of your best friend or biggest fan to yourself about how awesome you are and the future you have planned for yourself.
