I Found My Missing Peace

Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of the year, filled with magical lights and smells that felt like love and family fun.  As a child, I remember feeling like the excitement was bursting inside of me through all of the preparations.  Love and joy seemed to be woven throughout the days and nights.

Of course, I got older and we moved far away from family. When we did get the chance to go back, I was excited, but it wasn’t the same pure childhood joy.  I was worried about my appearance and weight I had gained.  Seeing friends and family was poisoned a bit and now felt more like trying to find a way to somehow prove my worth. 

As my weight yo-yoed up and down, my feeling of self-worth were tied to it.  I gave my power and my peace to the numbers on the scale. 

I am forever grateful that I have found the missing peace and the power that I gave away.  After doing much Soul Work, I have developed a system that lets me finally be free and feel my worth.  For over 13 years I have kept off 50 pounds and I am happier and more at peace with my physical body than ever.  I can share it with you too.
