These deliciously healthy bars are high in protein from the oats, Greek yogurt, eggs and coconut flour. They also pack a punch of fiber from the bananas, oats, and coconut flour.
Awesome for a quick breakfast or a healthier dessert, you'll feel really good about them, before, during and after you eat them.
They come together quickly and easily, which helps all of us that lead busy, blurry lives.
I was happy I had them to offer to a few friends that were over while we were planning our sons' graduation party.

Total Time: 30 minutes
1 ½ cup uncooked old fashioned oats
1/3 cup coconut flour
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
Pinch sea salt
3 Bananas, very ripe, mashed
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup sweetner (honey, maple syrup, or Splenda granulated)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Yield: 16 bars
1 Weight Watchers Smart Points, if use fat-free or low-fat Greek yogurt and Splenda, granulated for sweetener.
+1 WW SP for honey or maple syrup
