A top university in the UK, Loughborough University, published research that said relaxing in a hot bath for one-hour burned as many calories as a half-hour walk! There was also a good effect on blood sugar and anti-inflammatory response.
Soul Soothers are different for each of us and are things that help us feel really good about ourselves and make our hearts sing. I suggest scheduling in at least 2-3 each day. When we feel good about ourselves it makes it easier to choose what we truly want for ourselves. When it is easier the odds are ever in our favor!
