I is for following your inner light.
Each of us has an inner light (or guide or voice or truth) that guides us…
It is calling us all the time, even when we don’t hear it…
It’s the little voice that knows the right thing to do…
There are many paths to your destination…
Don’t worry about not getting there or how to, you will…
Like GPS your inner light will show you where to go…
It’s OK if you get lost or off track, just like with GPS, your inner guide will keep re-routing you…
All that you need to do is call on your inner light for guidance and then listen and pay attention to what feels good to you, to what feels worthy of you…
Your inner light can lead you in healing your relationship with your body and to choose worthiness for yourself. It offers you beautiful relief. It is there all the time. It always has been.
The first G is for Being gentle with yourself.
The last G is for Gratitude
Next is L, for Love and choosing it over fear.
This is the reminder to practice our tools, show up for ourselves and keep choosing what is worthy of what you truly want for yourself. Just like with any sport or musical instrument or even math instruction, you wouldn't go straight to the game, concert or final exam without practice. We need to practice our happily ever after tools too, so we can go into the big game of life.
