4 sweet potatoes, scrubbed and washed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 green onions, sliced in ¼ inch rounds
¼ cup maple syrup
