Have you ever sat in a weight loss group meeting trying to figure out where you went wrong?
How could the scale possibly be up?
How could I have messed up again?
That was 5 days ago and I’ve been perfect ever since!
I can’t lose weight.
Why is my body so different from other peoples?
Why is it so easy for skinny girls?
I hate my butt!
I hate that my clothes are too tight.
I hate myself!
Does this sound familiar?
Well, this is very different…
This is Weight Wellness, our focus is on how you feel…
Losing weight quickly is not the goal…
It may be the opposite of other weight loss programs/diets where people tend to lose fast at first. You may start off slow and get faster as momentum builds because you will get better at it...
Focusing your mind on improving how you feel about yourself is the goal.
When you feel good about yourself your mind, body and soul are in alignment and it is much easier to choose worthiness for yourself.
To choose what is worthy of what you truly want for yourself.

In my unexpected travels I am following my promise plan…
I had to think about having softer foods because of my gum surgery. I took some time to research my worthy options that I can easily find or bring with me…
I came up with oatmeal, yogurt, hummus, bananas, applesauce (if I bring it myself and in a small enough container for air travel), tuna or chicken salad packets, peanut butter packets, string cheese and I packed a sweet potato in my suitcase, so I can microwave it at the hotel…
Now, I feel unstoppable, because I have a well thought out plan for making it easy to choose what is worthy of what I truly want for myself! And most importantly, overall I love myself unconditionally.
