How does this program work?
There are 12 modules over 12 weeks, with one recorded teaching module each week. You can do it whenever it works for you. There will be a group call every 3 weeks that is recorded so you can listen on your schedule. All modules and materials will be posted in the private Facebook group. You will receive access to the private Facebook group upon enrolling. We start Monday, February 26.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes, there area couple of options. You can get started for only $57, with the bi-weekly 6 payment option.
OR You can sign up for the 3 Week Introduction for only $77 then extend for the full program with 4 bi-weekly payments of $87 (or extend by paying in full for $287).
What if I need more one on one help and support?
The VIP option with one on one private coaching gives offers more support. You get an additional 6, 50 minute private coaching calls along with unlimited messaging support.
What if I don’t like exercising?
We talk about finding ways to move that will best suit you. Moving is about so much more than just exercising. The flow of your body adds to the ease and flow of your life.
I don’t know how to meditate and I’m not sure it will make a difference to me anyways.
Meditation instruction is included in week one because of its utmost importance. It helps you to re-set your body and your mind for weight wellness. Many of my clients are new to meditation and I have never had a client say that they didn’t like meditating. Their response is always very favorable once they learn how easy it can be, how little time it takes and what a difference it makes. The ROI, return on investment, of meditation is exponential.
What if I miss a teaching module?
No worries. The teaching modules are recorded so you can do them whenever fits your schedule.
What if I miss a group call and still want to ask questions?
The group calls are recorded so you can listen whenever fits your schedule. You can also ask questions in the private Facebook group.
I’m very busy, will I have time?
Usually as clients design their lives for weight wellness the structure creates extra time. Meditation can also increase productivity and energy. With this said, an estimate of 15-20 minutes daily plus 90-120 minutes of weekly learning, meal planning, designing your schedule and practicing tools is suggested.
What if I fail… again?
I know this question well. I felt as if I was in perpetual fail mode. I can tell you that I am finally feel free, happy and at peace with my physical body. The best part is that my mind and attitude are so different. I know it will last forever. I am new. I have the tools I need. I am forever grateful. If you follow the program and practice the tools and strategies you can transform yourself too. This is different and you can be too.
I would like to do this, but I can’t afford it?
If you are struggling to keep the lights on and pay your bills then it might not be the right time for you to invest. But, sometimes people actually may be spending money in other ways that aren’t aligned to what they truly want for themselves. Whatever you decide, you may want to think about how you value yourself and what you truly want for yourself. There is a cost to staying the same and not transforming. A caterpillar cannot become a butterfly if it doesn’t start a cocoon. There are payment plans available.
