I know the noisy mind rants that focus on what you did wrong and what you should do to “make up” for “bad choices”. Thinking constantly about how much chocolate I ate, re-eating it in my mind over and over. Beating myself up and shaming myself. Hating to get on the scale and hating myself more afterwards.
But now, it is so different, my days are focused on feeling good about myself and setting myself up for shining because, when you feel like you are shining, choices that are worthy of what you truly want for yourself come naturally. Now, I don’t judge myself by the number on the scale. I am able to let go of things that hold me back. I can consistently stay in my happy weight range and the difference in my life is night and day.
