Breathing
On the inhale your abdomen should rise and expand on the exhale it should fall and contract.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through your mouth. If this doesn't feel right to you, it is fine to inhale and exhale through your nose. Just be sure to breath consistently through the meditations.

- Visualize drawing one line of a square in your mind on each step
- Try to increase the count up to 7 eventually
