I have a beautiful gift for you today, It’s Your Super Power!
Christmas carries with it all of its fast paced loving energy and holiday foods that may only make an appearance at this time of year. For some it may have been full of overindulgences and things that weren’t worthy of what you truly want for yourself. That track can be easy to continue following. Along with it the tendency can be to beat yourself up! That’s what this gift is all about. Changing the behavior that isn’t worthy of what you truly want for yourself and then forgiving yourself and moving on without beating yourself up. This gift is everyone’s super power, which is that… At every moment, we all have the beautiful opportunity to stop and start again. Your power is in Now, not in what happened in the past. You can forgive yourself and let it go. We all get a little lost sometimes. It doesn’t serve you to keep thinking about it. To keep re-eating it over and over again in your mind. You are awesome for trying so hard, I can tell you are because you are here. Beating yourself up has never worked anyways. You can use your super power and stop and start again. Instead, be gentle with yourself, try loving yourself unconditionally instead. So the steps are:
